• Led a $40 million, 25+ person product team through Agile and Lean practices to test, validate, and publish multiple MVPs. 
• Led the rebranding of our internal design team to reposition department focus, align on key objectives, and maximize impact. 
• Built a packageable, repeatable product design process that scales with team size, project formation, and design requirements. 
• Spearheaded, created, and maintained multiple design systems across product teams, platforms, and projects.
• Oversaw project initiatives on multiple embedded product teams and managed prioritization and design strategy to meet deadlines. 
• Developed a vertical slicing methodology for design-to-developer handoff enabling design teams to effectively communicate with project stakeholders in an Agile framework.
• Facilitated design ops, design guild, and governance methodologies for how our embedded product teams function in a decentralized environment.

• Led the development and rebranding of a 500+ page website redesign.
  Developed success validation strategies using qualitative and quantitative, trackable metrics.
